Research, the Australian Centre for Organisational, Vocational and Adult Learning
OVAL Research conducts collaborative,
flexible and capacity-building projects in the areas of human resource development,
organisational learning, vocational and workplace learning and change management
with partners from the private and public sectors. It is a new centre established
in 2002 and combines the strengths of two previous centres,
the Research Centre for Vocational Education and Training and the Research
